One medium for sealing, gluing and varnishing classroom art
Zart Podge 250ml, supplier code GZZ215, is a multi-purpose start and finishing medium from The Creative School Supply Company that seals, glues and varnishes in one bottle.
Zart describes Podge as drying fast with a clear finish. The supplier lists cardmaking, decoupage, scrapbooking, journaling, collage, glazing and sealing artworks among its uses. It names a long list of surfaces: wood, plastic, cardboard, ceramic, clay, Magiclay, paper, canvas and fabric. Zart pitches it at the classroom, art room, studio, makerspace or home office.
Having one medium that both sticks and seals keeps a project moving from the gluing stage to the finishing coat without changing products. Zart says Podge suits the student, hobbyist and artist, and describes it as great for all ages, so it fits school art rooms and home studios alike.
Keep a few wide brushes beside the bottle for coating. It sits well alongside the cardmaking, collage and decoupage materials Zart lists. Explore craft glues, craft adhesives, craft paint brushes and the wider Zart range.
