A Macaron palette of creamy semi-wet watercolours
Zart Creamy Colours Watercolours Macaron Set, supplier code PTZ877, is a tin of six intermixable semi-wet watercolours from The Creative School Supply Company for students and artists.
The Macaron set is one of the Creamy Colours by Zart tins. The Creative School Supply Company describes the paints as semi-dried, with less filler and more pigment, and says this gives stronger, cleaner and more saturated colour. It compares the experience to artist tube paint with the convenience of a portable palette set. The supplier lists card, cartridge paper, watercolour papers, Yupo, mineral paper and canvas as surfaces.
The Macaron paints change with the amount of water. Zart says a small amount gives opaque, gouache-like results and a little more brings out the watercolour effects. The supplier also lists wood, dried air-drying clay and paper clay. Clean-up is washing brushes out with water.
Zart presents it in a resealable tin for the studio, art room, classroom, home and painting outdoors. Pair the Macaron set with watercolour paper and a soft brush, and browse watercolour paints, painting supplies, paint brushes and the Zart range.
