Two vase designs to decorate with porcelain markers
Zart Ceramic Vases Two Designs Pack of 6, supplier code CE045, from The Creative School Supply Company, are ceramic vase forms for decorating with porcelain markers or paint.
The supplier lists this pack as Ceramic Vases 2 Designs 6's, so there are 6 vases across two designs. It describes each vase as a form to decorate with Porcelain Markers or Porcelain Paint. The ceramic surface gives students a three-dimensional shape to plan a design around, rather than a flat sheet.
Working on a vase asks students to think about how a pattern wraps around a form, which is a different challenge from flat artwork. Two designs in the pack add variety across a small group, and a decorated vase makes a practical finished piece to take home.
Have porcelain markers ready for line work. Sketch the pattern around a paper cylinder first to plan the wrap. Explore craft ceramics, craft markers, painting supplies and the Zart range.
