Ceramic tea light holders to decorate and light
Zart Ceramic Tea Light Holders Pack of 3, supplier code CE020, from The Creative School Supply Company, are ceramic holders made to decorate and then hold a tealight.
The supplier's direction is short: decorate with porcelain markers or paint, then place a tealight inside. Each pack holds 3 ceramic tea light holders. Because they are decorated with porcelain markers or paint, students can add patterns, names or colour blocks before the holder is put to use with a tealight.
A finished holder is both an art piece and something used at home, which gives the project a clear purpose. Three in a pack suits a small set of matching gifts or a trio of designs, and porcelain markers allow fine line work on the ceramic.
Let decoration set fully before placing a tealight inside. Sketch a design on paper first so students know where each colour goes. Browse craft ceramics, craft markers, craft paints and the Zart range.
