Powdered paste that mixes into a big batch for papier mache
Zart Cellogel Wallpaper Paste 400g, supplier code AA640, is a powdered glue in a 400g tub that is mixed with water to make paste for papier mache and general paper gluing.
Zart describes Cellogel as a versatile, easy to use powdered glue. Zart says the powder is mixed with water and left to dissolve, then applied to the project with a brush or by hand. The supplier lists papier mache and general paper gluing, finger painting with added food dye or powdered paint, and sealing surfaces before painting.
Zart says one tub can make up to 40 litres of papier mache paste, which is why it goes a long way in an art room. The tub has a wide opening that makes measuring and mixing easier, and the screw top lid keeps the powder sealed between uses for longevity.
Build forms with shapes from paper mache craft supplies, brush the paste on with tools from craft paint brushes, and find more glues in craft adhesives and the Zart range.
