A ream of bleedproof A3 paper for marker classes
Zart Bleedproof Paper A3 Ream, supplier code PA500, is a classpack of 500 sheets of 75gsm bleedproof paper for alcohol markers, pens and alcohol ink mediums in the art room.
Zart describes Italian paper with resistance to bleed-through, so colour can go on both sides of the sheet with minor variance. The non-pill, ultra smooth white surface gives definition to marker lines and detail work. Zart notes the lighter 75gsm weight allows tracing and rendering over a design underneath, and says the paper can be passed through a photocopier using the drawer or bypass tray.
Zart explains that its surface absorbs a small amount of ink slowly, delaying drying so colours layer and blend. Less ink is needed and the smooth surface causes less nib wear. The brand lists story boarding, marker illustration, concept sketches, layouts and rendering exercises as uses.
Pair the ream with colouring markers and craft markers, or explore our drawing supplies and art paper and canvas for design and illustration classes. The A3 pad suits students who prefer a bound format.
