Long Black Cotton Mitts for Ovens and Hot Trays
This pack contains twelve Connoisseur 750845 oven mitts, each 380 mm long in black quilted cotton, long enough to cover the wrist and lower forearm when reaching into an oven or lifting a hot tray.
Weatherdon list two features for this mitt: heat resistant and cotton material. The diagonal quilting visible in their photo holds the padding in place, and a metal ring at the cuff lets each mitt hang on a hook beside the oven.
Twelve mitts let a commercial kitchen keep a pair at every oven and have clean spares while others are in the wash. The black colour hides scorch marks and stains better than a light mitt.
Weatherdon publish no temperature rating or safety standard for this mitt, so we make no claim beyond heat resistant.
