This listing is a pack of 12 Connoisseur Deluxe 757293 mixing bowls, each a 4 L stainless steel bowl 300 mm across and 100 mm deep, so a commercial kitchen can set up a full prep line with matching bowls.
A 4 L bowl is the workhorse size for tossing salads, marinating trays of meat, whisking batter or holding chopped vegetables before service. The wide, shallow shape gives room to mix with a spoon or by hand, and having twelve means bowls can be in use, in the wash and on the shelf at the same time.
