Connoisseur 759035 is a black oven roasting dish with a hard enamel coating, about 345 x 245 mm across, for roasting meat, vegetables and traybakes.
Weatherdon describe it as heavy duty with a high quality hard enamel coating that is easy to clean. The straight sides and rounded corners suit a tray of potatoes or a roast for a small group, and the dark finish hides the browning marks that build up over time.
Once cooked, leftovers can stay in the dish: Weatherdon list it as fridge, freezer and dishwasher safe. They do not list it as microwave safe, so heat leftovers in a microwave container instead.
