Four Grating Faces on One Steady Steel Box
The Connoisseur 754326 is a stainless steel box grater that stands 210 mm tall on a 70 x 100 mm base, with a different cutting face on each of its four sides, so one tool covers coarse cheese, fine zest and sliced vegetables.
Weatherdon point out the rubber seal on the base, which helps the grater sit firmly on a board while you press food down the face. A black handle across the top gives the other hand something solid to hold.
In the Weatherdon photo the front face carries large raised holes for coarse grating and a side face has wide slicing slots, while the remaining faces offer finer cuts. Food collects inside the box, so it can be tipped straight into a bowl.
