A Wide Black Turner for Flipping on the Hotplate
The Connoisseur 754208 slotted turner is a 325 mm black flipper with a broad, square-edged head, made for turning eggs, burgers and fritters in a frypan or on a flat grill.
The head sits at an angle to the handle, so it slides flat under food without you having to tilt your wrist. Slots let fat run off as you lift. At 325 mm it is the longest of Weatherdon's all-black utensils, giving a little more reach over a hot surface.
Weatherdon list it as a non-stick utensil. If you would rather have a metal shaft with a coated head, the Connoisseur 75543287 turner has a stainless steel handle and is 345 mm long.
