The Connoisseur 7526395 is a clear 260 mm dome that sits over a plate in the microwave and stops food splashing the walls, which keeps a shared office or staff room microwave far cleaner through the lunch rush.
Weatherdon say it fits most plate sizes and is easy to lift off: two finger recesses on top give a grip, so there is no need to touch a hot plate edge. Air vents around the side let steam out while it covers the meal.
The pack label calls it a microwavable plate cover and lists it as dishwasher safe. It also asks you to wash it before first use and to avoid metal scourers when cleaning.
