A 30 cm Glass Cover for the Large Xylo Pan
Connoisseur 7502445 is the 30 cm glass lid Weatherdon list for the Xylo non-stick frypan 750230, the larger of the two Xylo pans.
On a 30 cm pan a lid earns its keep: it holds heat over a big batch of stir fry, lets a frittata set on top and keeps a full pan of sauce from spitting across the stove. The clear glass lets the cook watch progress, and the vent near the rim lets steam out.
The lid has a black knob and a metal edge, as Weatherdon's photo shows, and is listed as dishwasher safe. It is sold on its own, which makes it easy to replace a broken lid without buying a new pan.
For the smaller 750224 Xylo frypan choose the 24 cm lid (7502245) instead.
