The Large Xylo Pan for Family Size Batches
Connoisseur Xylo 750230 is the 30 cm version of Weatherdon's die-cast frypan, with a PFAS free ceramic non-stick coating as Weatherdon describe it and a base that suits induction.
The extra width is what you buy it for: a stir fry for four, a full tray of bacon and eggs for a staff breakfast, or a shallow fry that would crowd a smaller pan. High sides keep splatter in, and the thick cast body holds heat when cold food goes in.
Weatherdon list it for all cooktops including induction, with a polished base. It is dishwasher safe, although hand washing is recommended for best results. Add the 30 cm glass lid (7502445) to cover it.
For one or two serves the 24 cm Xylo (750224) is lighter to handle.
