An Everyday Ceramic Non-Stick Pan for Gas and Electric Tops
Connoisseur 750226 is a 26 cm pressed aluminium frypan with a ceramic non-stick coating, the frying pan in Weatherdon's updated pressed range.
It is a light, straightforward pan for eggs, toasted sandwiches, pancakes and quick sautes. Weatherdon list it as suitable for all cooktops excluding induction, so it belongs on gas, electric coil or ceramic tops rather than an induction bench.
It can go in the dishwasher, but Weatherdon recommend hand washing for best results, which helps a ceramic coating keep its release. The base is embossed with the Connoisseur name and Made in China in Weatherdon's photo.
The pan matches the pressed 16 cm and 20 cm saucepans (750316 and 750320), so a kitchenette can be fitted out in one look.
