Compass 685611 is a powder coated steel wall hook that holds a folded ironing board upright against a wall or inside a wardrobe, and Weatherdon recommend it on every Compass board page.
Two curved arms catch the legs of a folded board. Weatherdon say it holds both V leg and T leg shaped boards, and the arms wear rubber sleeves so the hook does not scratch the board frame.
The steel plate measures 120 W x 42 H mm and the whole hook is 120 W x 110 H x 60 D mm, so it sits neatly on a cupboard side panel. Two crosshead metal screws are provided, and wall plugs can be used if you are fixing into plasterboard or masonry.
In a guest room it keeps the board from sliding over in the wardrobe and makes it obvious to housekeeping when a board is missing.
Pair it with a board from our ironing boards and covers range, see housekeeping equipment or the Compass range.
