A Plain Black Date, Nothing Else On The Plate
Colop 987139-1 is the S220 self-inking dater in the Green Line range, printing a plain date on 4mm bands in black.
Not every document needs a word stamped with the date. A plain dater leaves room for a handwritten note or a second stamp, and suits incoming mail, file notes and forms where the date is the only thing that needs recording. The ACCO spec table gives the impression area as 4mm x 25mm, which keeps the date compact in a margin or corner.
ACCO list clear imprints from original Colop pads and an easy, clean pad exchange, and confirm that replacement pads are available. Their page does not name the pad code for this dater, so none is named here.
