60 Pages A Minute From A 100 Sheet Feeder
The Brother ADS-4900W is the high volume model of Brother's professional scanner range: 60 pages a minute, a 100 sheet feeder, and dual band Wi-Fi alongside wired networking.
The 100 sheet feeder is the largest here, and at 60 pages or 120 images a minute it is the quickest of the five. It carries 1,024MB of memory against 512MB elsewhere, a 10.9cm touchscreen with up to 56 shortcuts, and Brother rates it at up to 9,000 sheets a day and 180,000 a month.
It takes a different roller kit from the rest of the range: the PRK-A4001, rated at 200,000 sheets rather than 100,000, so the service interval doubles as the volume does. Software is Brother ScanEssentials Standard with Kofax PaperPort, Power PDF Standard, VRS Elite and Express.
The PRK-A4001 roller kit it takes and the CS-A3301 carrier sheet for oversized originals are stocked here, with the rest of our printer and scanner range and the wider office technology.
