Twin tab is the whole point of this code. Avery tells you to use both top tab and side tab colour coding labels on top and side of file, and says the file works with both shelf and drawer cabinets. That is what lets one stock of files cover a lateral run and a drawer unit at the same time, instead of buying a separate file for each cabinet type.
Avery carries the Lateral Notes cover across to this code too, with printed panels on the cover to enable notes and related file information to be noted directly onto the file. Reinforced side tabs take the colour code labelling, and Avery calls the stock heavy weight archival board.
