Numeric '8' Top Tab Colour Coding Labels, 150 Per Pack
A pack of 150 mauve 8 top tab colour coding labels at 20 x 30mm, on polyester with a permanent adhesive, supplied as sheets. They go on the top tab of any twin tab lateral file, including Avery QuickVue files.
A top tab label goes on the top edge of the file rather than the side, so the code reads from above. That is what suits a drawer or any filing run looked down on rather than along, and it is the only difference between this and the side tab version of the same code.
Mauve is the colour Avery assigns to the digit 8 on the top tab format. Each of the ten digits carries its own colour, so a file number reads as a sequence of colours along the top of the drawer rather than something that has to be read one character at a time.
The facestock is polyester with a permanent adhesive.
