Nib width sets the line and the filling system decides everything you buy afterwards, so confirm both before stocking ink for a team or ordering a branded run. A broad nib feathers on thin stock, which matters more than it sounds on office paper. Engraving is permanent, so proof the spelling. See fountain pens, converters and ink refills.
