Office Paper Cutters
A guillotine arm gives leverage through card and thick stacks and needs a guard and a latch, which is worth thinking about in a classroom or a shared room. A rotary trimmer encloses the blade entirely and cuts fewer sheets at a time. Sheet capacity is a maximum, so work well below it. See A3 paper cutters, A4 paper cutters and cutting sticks.
