Key Rings

For anything beyond a personal set, the useful question is whether the ring carries identification. A plain split ring holds keys and tells you nothing; a tab or fob style takes a written or printed label, which is what makes a fleet or facilities set workable. Split rings are hard on fingernails in volume, so a ring opener is worth having. See key tags and key cabinets.
