Two separate product families sit under this name and their consumables do not interchange, which is the source of most wrong orders. Office printers take ink or toner keyed to a model number. Label machines take TZe laminated cassettes or DK die-cut rolls depending on which line the machine belongs to, and one will not load in the other. Confirm the machine first.
