Zions WWH is a hard cover Weekly Wages Summary book with 55 sets of sheets in duplicate, where each week gets a page listing every employee from gross wages to net payment and employer super.
Individual time sheets and bundy cards show what each person worked. The WWH brings those figures together, and the cover says as much: to be used in conjunction with employees loose time sheets, bundy cards and the like. Each page carries the employer name, ABN and address, a week ending date, a sheet number and a cheque number for the pay run.
Down the page, 26 lines take one employee each, with columns for occupation or trade, gross wages, allowances, total gross, tax and two further deductions, total deductions, total net payment and the employer super contribution. A totals line gives the figures for the week, and a remarks line sits underneath. The Note Group state that no carbon is required for the duplicate, and give the book size as 275mm x 260mm.
