Zions SM is the Type S.M restaurant docket book: 50 numbered sets in duplicate, supplied with 2 carbons, in a small 170 x 100mm format.
Order taking on the floor needs a book that fits an apron and makes a copy without a second write. Each docket is written once over the carbon, the top copy goes to the kitchen or the customer and the second stays behind as the record. The Note Group note that both copies tear out of the book, and each set is numbered consecutively on both copies so a missing docket is easy to spot.
The sample docket is headed tax invoice with a thank you line, and has boxes for table number, persons, date, time and server above the item lines, an amount column and a total at the foot. The Note Group list 15 entries per docket.
