Zions SBE9 is the hours and wages record book in the Small Business Essentials range, with duplicate carbonless pages for hours and pay, monthly wage summaries and a staff leave planner.
The Hours and Wages Record page opens with the employer name and ABN, then the employee name, address, date of birth, tax file number, applicable award or agreement and terms of employment. Each week ending line runs across hours worked, ordinary and overtime totals, rate, ordinary and overtime pay, taxable allowances and gross wages, then deductions, net payment, super and a signature.
A separate Employment and Leave Record page, together with the staff leave planner, keeps employment dates and leave in the same book as the pay, which saves hunting through old diaries when someone asks about their annual leave.
