Zions SBE6 is an A5 purchase order book from the Small Business Essentials range, holding 50 consecutively numbered sets in duplicate on carbonless paper.
An order phoned through to a supplier leaves nothing to check the delivery against. Writing it on a numbered purchase order gives the supplier a clear instruction and leaves you a copy in the book, so when the goods turn up you can tick them off line by line and match the supplier invoice to the order number.
The sample form carries an order number printed in red, an order date and an expected delivery date, and separate From and To panels that each finish with an ABN line. A printed request asks the supplier to send the goods listed in good order and condition. Below it run columns for quantity, description, price, per and amount, then a sub total, GST and a total including GST, with a space to print your name and title. The Note Group list the book at 210mm x 145mm.
