Zions ROC repair order cards are white 125 x 205mm cards printed on both sides for automotive repair shops, sold in a pack labelled 250 cards (approximately).
When a car comes in, the front of the card takes the owner, contact numbers, date received and date promised, a quoted price and the vehicle itself. The current print adds boxes for registration, make, model and year, colour, odometer, a fuel gauge to mark, engine number and chassis number, followed by lines for the job instructions.
At the foot of the front, the owner or their agent signs a declaration authorising the work. In The Note Group words it is an all care no responsibility clause, stating the repairer is not liable for loss of or damage to the vehicle, its accessories or contents while in its care for the authorised work.
Turn the card over and the workshop side records labour by employee, hours and minutes, and materials by quantity, part and part number, with totals carried back to the front and a total amount due including GST.
