Log The Injury And The First Aid Given Across One Spread
Zions RIFA is a 50 page register that records any injury suffered by a worker, whether or not it becomes a claim, together with the first aid treatment that followed.
A cut finger that needed a plaster rarely turns into paperwork, yet it belongs in the record. This book gives every incident a line of its own, 16 to a page, so minor and serious injuries sit together in date order.
Each entry runs across an open spread. The left page, headed Register of Injuries, takes the name, age, address and occupation of the person injured, plus the industry they work in and the operation they were doing. The right page, headed And First-Aid Treatment, covers the date, time, type, cause and location of the injury, the treatment given, the name and signature of the first aider, and any referral for further treatment.
The current orange cover names the Work Health and Safety Regulation 2011. At 210 x 300mm the book lies flat on a first aid room bench.
Pair it with first aid kits, other first aid registers and guides, the first aid range and more Zions record books.
