Zions PVLB is a soft cover pocket vehicle log book, 180 x 110mm with 64 pages, set out purely for recording business trips.
Zions call it a straightforward business trip log book, made without expense claim columns. That keeps each page simple. There is a Car No. line at the top, then columns for the date each journey started and ended, the purpose of the journey, the odometer at the start and the end, and the kilometres travelled split into business and private, with a progressive total carried down the page.
A logbook only works if it is filled in on the day, so a book this size makes sense in the console or door pocket rather than on an office shelf. Zions state it is made to comply fully with Australian Taxation Office substantiation recording requirements, and the cover repeats the ATO substantiation line.
