Two Hundred Sealed Pairs For Sites That Go Through Plugs Quickly
Zions EPOU is a dispenser box of 200 pairs of uncorded disposable PU foam earplugs, with every pair sealed in a poly bag and a Class 5, SLC80 27dB rating.
Where a crew pulls fresh plugs every shift, a large box on the wall or the smoko room bench saves constant restocking. Without a cord there is nothing to snag on a rotating part or tangle with a hood, and the plugs sit loose in a pocket when not in the ears.
The Note Group rate these plugs up to 110 dB(A). The orange box pictured on their site carries the Pro Choice ProBullet uncorded earplug name and part number EPOU, with a front that tears down so people can help themselves to one sealed pair at a time.
Match the protection class to your own noise assessment before issuing them.
