A Dispenser Box Of Corded Foam Plugs, One Bagged Pair At A Time
Zions EPOC is a box of 100 pairs of disposable corded earplugs in PU foam, each pair in its own poly bag, rated Class 5 and SLC80 27dB.
A cord between the two plugs means a worker can pull them out to talk and let them hang around the neck, instead of putting them down on a dusty bench or losing one in a pocket. That suits jobs where people move between noisy machines and quiet conversations all shift.
The Note Group give an upper noise level of 110 dB(A) for these plugs. The box in their photos is printed with the Pro Choice name and the ProBullet corded earplug name, and the front panel pulls down so bagged pairs can be taken out one at a time. Keeping each pair sealed until it is used makes the box easy to leave open at a site entry or in a lunch room.
The class a person needs is set by the noise they are exposed to, so check it against your own noise assessment.
