One Card Per Worker Per Day, Split By Job
The Zions DTC daily time card records how a worker's day was spent across different jobs, printed in black ink on one side of white card and packed about 250 to a pack.
When a tradesperson or technician moves between several jobs in a day, the hours need to land on the right job so they can be charged out. The top of the card takes the date, start and finish times, name, trade and hourly rate. Below that, each line has a job number, particulars, start, stop, hours and amount, with totals and a signature line at the foot.
At 127 x 203mm the card is small enough for a clipboard or the glovebox and firm enough to hand in at the end of the shift. Printed on one side only, the back stays clear for notes.
For costing the jobs themselves, the Zions job costing and total cost cards pick up where this card leaves off.
More in system cards, payroll record books and the Zions range.
