A Case Bound Visitor Register For The Front Desk
The Zions CVB Corporate Visitors Book is a case bound reception register with columns for when each visitor arrived, who they are, who they came to see, the pass they were given and when they left.
An office reception, a factory gatehouse or a school front office needs a record of everyone on site that can be checked quickly during the day and kept afterwards. Each ruled line runs across the page in order: date, time in with a.m. and p.m. boxes, name of visitor, company represented, whom visiting, pass number issued and time out.
The dark leather grain cover with gold script lettering looks at home on a front counter. Zions list the book as case bound with 100 pages and a size of 275mm x 310mm. If your reception issues numbered badges or passes, the pass number column ties each badge to a named visitor, so any that are not returned by the end of the day are easy to follow up.
