A Short Run Docket Book With Room For 17 Items
Zions CBD is a carbonless restaurant docket book with 25 numbered sets in duplicate, 17 entries on each 165 x 95mm docket.
With 25 sets instead of 50, the CBD is a lighter book for quieter services, a second waiter or a spare kept by the till. The Note Group state each set is numbered on both copies, so the white original and the pale yellow copy always carry the same red number.
The docket is headed tax invoice with a menu board graphic, followed by a row for the table, number of guests, date, time and server name. Below come 17 entry lines with two money columns, a total including GST and a thank you line along the bottom. The sheets are carbonless, so the copy forms as you write.
Need more lines or a third copy? The 15D has 50 sets at the same size, and the CBT is the triplicate. Both sit with the rest of our restaurant docket and record books. Also see supplies for cafes and the full Zions Systems line.
