A Weekly Time Sheet Laid Out For Casual Club Staff
The Zions No. 68C club time sheet records a casual employee's week in a licensed club, from start and finish times through to net wages, and is sold by the pack, with the label reading about 100 sheets, each 240 x 205mm.
Casual rosters in a club rarely look the same two days running. The grid gives each of the seven payweek days three start and finish rows, then totals, so a split shift across lunch and dinner is written as it was worked. The day headings are left open in brackets for the dates or day names.
Down the left side the hours are sorted into ordinary, Saturday, Sunday, two overtime lines and public holidays, each with the loading printed beside it, plus shift penalty, laundry, meal, clothing and shoe allowances and a no break penalty. There is also a pro rata annual holiday line, and each row carries a rate and dollar column.
The pay section works from gross wages, less income tax, less other deductions to net wages. Other deductions has lines for an employee voluntary Club Plus contribution, union, medical benefits and other, and there is a field for the Club Plus number and the employer Club Plus contribution paid. A signature line closes the sheet under a printed statement that the employee worked those hours and was paid the net amount.
