Zions 500 is the small Time, Pay and Wages Book, laid out for a team of up to 6 employees with a page per person for each quarter of the year.
It uses the same weekly form as the larger Zions 26, scaled down for a small business. On each of the 16 lines per page you record a week of starting and stopping times, split the hours into ordinary and overtime, add allowances and reach the gross wage. The right hand page then takes tax and other deductions, net wages, the employer super contribution and the employee signature.
The Note Group list 27 pages and a size of 210mm x 285mm, and the cover is a landscape format so the long rows of columns fit across the page. Stock may arrive with the current cover or with the earlier cover artwork shown in our second cover photo.
