Zions 441 is a pack of 100 No. 44 Time and Pay Sheets, the form Zions list for hotel and special classes of employee, with a week of clock times on the top half and the pay working below.
Venues with split shifts need more than a single start and finish. Each day from 1st to 7th has three pairs of starting and stopping columns, so a morning, afternoon and late shift all fit on one line, with the total hours worked beside them. The hours are then spread across ordinary, time and a half, time and three quarters, double time and the higher double time rates, with separate CL19 hours columns for late night and early morning work.
Underneath, the pay is built up line by line: ordinary wage, two overtime lines, weekend penalty, holiday pay and other payments to a gross figure, then tax, meals and board and other deductions down to the net wage. The employee signs to confirm the hours and the net wage, and the employer super contribution and fund are noted in a box at the foot.
