One Docket Per Order, Nothing To Carbon
Zions 17SC is a single copy restaurant docket book with 100 numbered dockets, each giving 17 entry lines for a food or beverage order.
Plenty of cafes only need one sheet per table. The order is written, torn off and sent to the counter or kitchen, and the number on it keeps track of which table it belongs to. With no second sheet there is nothing to line up, which keeps the book slim and the writing quick at a busy counter.
The sample docket opens with a thank you for your patronage line and a tax invoice heading, with a table number box at the top. Item lines run down the page beside the amount columns, and a strip at the foot takes table number, persons, time and server next to a total marked as including GST. The Note Group list the numbering as consecutive and the size as 172 x 100mm.
