Zions 15T packs 50 numbered carbonless sets into a 165 x 95mm restaurant docket book, with every order coming out in white, yellow and pale green.
Double the set count of the CBT means fewer book changes during a long service, and the small footprint sits easily in a waiter pad holder or on the pass. Three sheets cover the usual route for a table order: a copy for the kitchen, a copy for the register and one left behind as the record. The paper itself carries the writing, as the cover says carbonless, and the numbering runs consecutively.
At the top of each sheet sit the tax invoice heading, a thank you line and a cutlery and glass icon over boxes for table number, persons, date, time and server. There are 15 lines for items, then food and beverages lines and a total shown as including GST.
