Garden bug stamps for hands on sensory play
Educational Colours Wooden Dough Stamps Bugs, supplier code EVEWSBUG, is a set of six wooden stamps featuring a snail, butterfly, bee, spider, dragonfly and ladybug, for pressing shapes into dough, clay or sand.
Educational Colours says these stamps have been thoughtfully crafted for little hands, and calls them an excellent addition to sensory play with dough, clay or sand. This listing is the Bugs set of six stamps. Educational Colours says the set helps children learn the names and shapes of different garden bugs while they engage in sensory play.
Educational Colours says tactile play with the stamps can help children enhance their fine motor skills and their ability to grasp and manipulate objects. Children can press a trail of snails, bees and ladybugs into dough, then add the butterfly, spider and dragonfly. The brand adds that the stamps can create unique patterns and designs.
The Bugs set is one of several Wooden Dough Stamps themes, and Dinosaurs, Farm and Jungle are listed separately. Browse early learning and sensory, modelling clay, wooden craft supplies and the Educational Colours range.
