What's the Time Snap from Learning Can Be Fun, supplier code EVLWTS, is a card game with 80 Snap cards that show 20 different times in both digital and analogue formats, plus an activity guide.
Learning Can Be Fun says that recognising the time in both digital and analogue formats is crucial in helping young children develop early numeracy skills. This deck puts the two side by side. Young learners practise telling the time as they match the cards, turning a clock face into a written time and back again while they play.
The same cards work for three games named by the brand: Snap, Go Fish and Memory. That gives a teacher or parent a few ways to use one deck as children get used to the cards. An activity guide is included.
