The Connoisseur 531103 is a 3 cup coffee and tea plunger holding 350 ml, sized for one large mug or two small cups, so a single person can brew fresh coffee without making a full pot.
That small size suits a hotel room tray, an executive office or a quiet meeting where only two people want coffee. Weatherdon give the glass as 70 mm in diameter and 135 mm high, held in a black frame with a black lid, knob and handle.
It works the usual way: add ground coffee or loose leaf tea, pour in hot water, wait, then press the mesh filter down slowly to hold the grounds at the bottom. The same plunger handles both coffee and tea.
For a meeting room or a team of up to eight, the 8 cup Connoisseur plunger holds 1 L.
