The Reading and Display Centre is a mobile literacy unit with a 1000 x 700mm porcelain whiteboard, a 100mm ledge, back storage for books and 2 baskets at the base.
Visionchart lists the ELC for small group literacy work in primary classrooms and libraries. The porcelain whiteboard measures 1000mm wide by 700mm high and carries a 100mm ledge for books and markers. A rack behind the board protects big books, and 2 wire baskets sit at the base for readers and resources. The whole unit stands 1450mm high on a 1000mm wide frame.
Height adjusts to four distinct levels using pop-pins, so the board can be set to the height a group needs and changed for the next lesson. Lockable castors let staff move the centre between rooms and hold it still. The magnetic porcelain surface takes magnets and dry-erase markers, and Visionchart publishes a 25 year guarantee for its porcelain surfaces.
