Fluoro Orange For Prices, Specials And Sale Windows
Uni PWE-5M Fluorescent Orange is one liquid chalk marker with a medium bullet tip, in the loud, warm orange that shop and cafe signs use when a price or an offer has to be noticed first.
On a busy board the eye goes to the brightest colour, and fluoro orange is hard to ignore against black. Keep it for the words that earn money: the sale percentage on a front window, the lunch deal, the circled price on a specials board. Used sparingly it does its job; a whole board in orange loses the effect. It also earns its place every October, when pumpkins and Halloween window art come out.
According to Uni, the PWE-5M is a water-based paint pen for non-porous surfaces, naming glass, windows, mirrors and metal. They describe it as rain-resistant within reason and removable with a damp cloth, and they say it is not for porous surfaces. The advice on chalkboards differs between Uni Australia and Uni UK, which the FAQ explains.
Shop the liquid chalk markers range, retail signs to write on, and retail shop supplies for the rest of the counter.
