Fresh Green For Salads, Specials And Open Signs
The Uni PWE-5M in Fluorescent Green is a medium bullet liquid chalk marker, sold singly, in a bright lime green that signals fresh, go and open on menu boards and shop glass.
Green carries a meaning before anyone reads the word. Cafes use it for salads, smoothies and the vegetarian dishes; grocers and garden centres use it for produce and plant prices; any shop can use it for opening hours and an OPEN sign on the door. A fluorescent green keeps that message bright on black and still readable on clear glass in daylight. In March it also covers the St Patrick's Day board.
The PWE-5M carries water based ink, and Uni suggest it for non-porous surfaces including glass, window surfaces, mirrors and metal. Porous materials are listed as unsuitable. Uni say the writing lasts through rain within reason and is cleaned off with a damp cloth. Where the two Uni sites part ways is chalkboards, so see the FAQ.
