The Uchida AeroFold Plus is a high-capacity paper folding machine that uses a belt suction feeding system to handle a wide range of paper types - including offset, coated, art, and digitally printed stock - up to SRA3 size (330mm x 488mm). Its upgraded motor delivers folding speeds of up to 18,000 sheets per hour on single fold, making it suitable for demanding production environments.
Built-in memory stores fine folding position adjustments and settings for odd-size papers, while automatic error detection and double-feed alarm systems minimise downtime. Optional accessories extend functionality to include perforating, scoring, and folding of longer sheets. Paper weights up to 160 gsm are supported (up to 230 gsm for single fold).
