Trodat 7011 is a water-based stamp pad ink in black, supplied in a 28ml bottle for re-inking a stamp pad.
A stamp pad rarely wears out. It simply runs dry, and impressions go grey and patchy long before the felt itself is finished. A few drops of ink worked across the surface restores an even coat, which is far cheaper than replacing the pad each time the colour fades.
ACCO describe the 28ml bottle as enough for multiple re-inkings, and the nozzle cap in their photo lets the ink be dotted onto the pad rather than poured. Black suits general office stamping, and the same 7011 ink is sold in red, blue, green and violet for colour coded work.
