Black Lumocolor Omnigraph For High Contrast Marks On Light Surfaces
The Staedtler Lumocolor permanent omnigraph 236-9 is a black universal marking crayon, sold in a box of 12.
Black is the obvious choice wherever the surface is light: raw timber, galvanised or brushed metal, concrete, white plastic and paper. Staedtler made the omnigraph to write on almost every material, listing paper, plastic, metal, glass, wood, leather and stone, plus wet wood and dark or see-through surfaces.
The crayon is hexagonal, 113 mm long and roughly 12 mm in diameter. Its marks are waterproof and very lightfast according to Staedtler, and they do not show through on the back of paper. The box carries the UNIVERSAL and UV pictograms and states it is made in Germany.
Keep a black and a white omnigraph together and you can mark nearly anything, light or dark.
